These are all words that we hope describe Sunday mornings at Amberley Road Baptist Church. We meet every Sunday morning at 11am until about 12:15; during this time people of different ages and cultures gather together to pray for today‘s world, contemplate the awesomeness of the God who made the cosmos and listen to a relevant talk about what that God may be saying to us.

Our morning service is usually a contemporary style involving a modern worship band, thought provoking video, PowerPoint presentations etc.

But, as well as the contemporary we recognise the importance of ancient spiritual practices too such as Hymns, silence and space to hear God. From the youngest to the oldest there is something for everyone. The first part of the service involves everybody, including the Splash kids and young people and, after that, we get into the serious stuff.

A really important aspect of Sunday mornings is coffee time! After the service The Hub Cafe is our place to meet new friends and feel part of a radical movement to transform our community and the world.
